나파 밸리의 아름다운 풍경 속에 자리한 이 와이너리는 가구, 비품, 장비(FF&E) 개편을 통해 새로운 소유주의 브랜드 아이덴티티를 반영하는 레노베이션 프로젝트이다. 와이너리는 주거 공간과 상업적인 와이너리 공간으로 나뉘어 있으며, 주거 공간은 클라이언트가 가끔 머무르는 프라이빗한 공간, 상업 공간은 포도 재배, 와인 제조, 그리고 시음이 이루어지는 핵심 장소로 활용된다.

Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Napa Valley, this winery renovation project focuses on revitalizing its furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to reflect the brand identity of its new owner. The property is uniquely divided into two distinct areas: a private residential retreat, where the client will stay occasionally, and a commercial space, dedicated to the craft of winemaking, vineyard cultivation, and wine tasting experiences.
